The ONLY place I get Chinese from lol… other spots just can’t compare to the price for the quality you get here. Portion sizes are always generous & the packaging is gorgeous! Presentation is key for me! I’m including a pic of some one else’s plate because I opened mine &started eating out of it before I took a pic lol but my general tso chicken looked just as good trust me.
My 1st time coming to this restaurant...my meal was delicious. I ordered the dinner, it came with an egg roll, fortune cookie, shrimp and vegetables and house fried rice. Sorry I don't have a picture but it was plentiful and the price was reasonable. I feed a family of 3 for $35.00. This will be my new go-to place for Chinese food.
We are regular patrons getting carry-out every couple of weeks. We love the food and they are accommodating of our special requests. The staff is awesome. It took us 8 years in Baton Rouge to find this place and they are now our only choice.
Great!! The food was ready exactly when they told me it would be and they even called me to let me know! The plate was large and the general tso chicken was so fresh!!! Sweet and spicy just like I like it! I believe this is my new Chinese spot!!
Seriously great taste, fast delivery and a huge portions. My only complaint is that the fried rice has a ton of onions, but overall really pleased. The shrimp mei fun is delicious.
We have been coming to China Express for over 20 years! Great Customer Service. Friendly staff yummy and delicious food. We love, sesame, chicken, garlic beef, Mushoo pork crab Rangoon’s… coconut shrimp!! I actually have never had anything I didn’t like.
I've been eating at China Express since I was in highschool over a decade ago. There has never been a time where they got my order wrong or the quality or portion sizes have been bad. Their service is always great and they've always been kind to me. Literally no other fast food Chinese restaurant compares. They have the most variety, affordable options, consistent quality, and great service. My favorite is always the Sesame Chicken and Buddha's Delight but you can't go wrong anywhere on the menu.
This is the best Chinese food in Baton Rouge. They are so nice and accommodating. The lady at the front speaks enough English and is so sweet. I’ve been coming here for years. This place is also good if you’re looking for something healthy, but don’t feel like cooking. You just have to know what to order. I LOVE this place.
It's a small space, but the food and service make up for it. You know good Chinese food is seeved in small, mom & pop restaurants! There is nothing different here. This is the 1st Chinese food that I can say is good in Baton Rouge. The hot & sour soup is flavored different from what I am used to, but it's still good. The honey shrimp was crisp and flavorful The noodles were a tad bit salty for my liking but were cooked just right The ragoons were done properly and the egg roll was a perfect addition to the meal. The tables, floors, and counter were all clean as well. I'll be back to try different items!!!
